Device Management Tips

1. Regular Review

Monthly check:
□ Review device list
□ Remove unused devices
□ Check locations
□ Verify versions
□ Check activity

Clean up regularly!

2. Name Devices Clearly

Good names:
✓ "Work MacBook Pro"
✓ "Home Desktop"
✓ "iPhone 14"
✓ "Travel Laptop"

Bad names:
✗ "Device 1"
✗ "Computer"
✗ "Untitled"

3. Revoke Old Devices

Remove when:
- Sold device
- Gave away
- Broken/replaced
- No longer using
- Lost/stolen

Don't let accumulate!

4. Monitor Locations

Watch for:
⚠️ Unexpected countries
⚠️ Multiple locations quickly
⚠️ Unknown IP addresses

Investigate suspicious!

5. Keep Updated

Update all devices:
- Check versions
- Update outdated
- Enable auto-update
- Stay secure
